On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Japan to visit broker 西日本シティTT証券株式会社as planned according to its regulatory address that 3/F, Tenjin Business Center, 1-10-20 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka 810-0001.
The investigators came to 1-10-20 Tenjin in Chuo-ku of Fukuoka, Japan for a visit to the brokers office on January 31, 2024, and located a commercial building connected to the exit of Tenjin station. The building is easily accessible via public transport, with underground shopping street nearby. In the meantime, there is a host of convenient facilities along the street, such as restaurants, post office, and shopping malls.
Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lobby, which displayed that 西日本シティTT証券株式会社 was situated on the 3rd floor.
After proceeding to the floor via the lift according to the directory, the inspection team could discover easily the company name and logo of 西日本シティTT証券株式会社. However, only staff and clients were allowed to enter the company. Therefore, the team failed to go into the office and take photos inside, and the specific office size of the company is unknown.
Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Japan to visit broker 西日本シティTT証券株式会社as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Unfortunately, the exact company size of the broker is unconfirmed as a result of the failure to pay an internal visit to its office.
