NUVERSE is purportedly a game developer and publisher under the banner of ByteDance, specializing in the agency and R&D of games. In last November, it was exposed that ByteDance would shut down NUVERSE and entirely withdraw from the game business. This year, part of the abolished game business of ByteDance was taken over by Tencent.
