MEITUAN-W Buys back 4.2123M Shrs for $500M

　　MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) Short selling $673.05M; Ratio 24.412% disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 4.2123 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $116.2-120 per share, involving a total amount of about $500 million.

　　Since the repurchase authorization resolution was passed on 14 June, MEITUAN-W has repurchased a total of 83.8579 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.3449% of its share capital.
