＜Research＞M Stanley: Apple Next-generation AI Server Chip May Adopt TSMC Chip on Wafer Tech

　　Apple Inc. (AAPL.US) could adopt TSMC (TSM.US) 's SoIC chip on wafer technology for its next-generation AI server chips in 2H25, Morgan Stanley issued a research report saying.

　　TSMC's potential expansion of production capacity is positive news for chip packaging equipment supplier, BESI, Morgan Stanley said.

　　It is also estimated that ASMPT (00522.HK) -1.700 (-1.541%) Short selling $45.36M; Ratio 23.525% 's TCB equipment could be also applied to TSMC's SoIC technology, although the identity of the end customer has not yet been confirmed.
