BABA-SW (09988.HK) +0.150 (+0.205%) Short selling $279.79M; Ratio 13.249% 's logistics flagship, Cainiao Group, announced that it was invited to join the Zero 100, a global supply chain emissions reduction alliance, and become the only Chinese corporate member.
Cainiao CEO Wan Lin recently attended the Zero 100 forum held in Dublin, Ireland, and said that the key to a good global express network is to grasp the core logistics nodes, such as strategically selecting international airports for global cross-border e-commerce transportation, while giving full play to its technological advantages in full-link logistics operations.
Currently, Cainiao has three digital logistics hubs in Belgium, Malaysia and Hong Kong. By combining digital technology with logistics operations, it has effectively integrated processes such as customs clearance, sorting and transportation.
Wan added that Cainiao has made key progress in building local express delivery networks in key markets around the world, and will continue to invest in the expansion of its global logistics network in the future.
