　　DIDA INC (02559.HK) -0.200 (-8.403%) announced that the stabilization period in connection with the Global Offering ended today (25 July). The Overall Coordinators did not exercise the Over-allotment Option during the stabilization period and the Over-allotment Option lapsed on 25 July.

　　Accordingly, no Shares were or will be issued under the Over-allotment Option.
