GAC GROUP, EHang to Form JV for Strengthening Cooperation on Low-altitude Aerial Vehicles

　　GAC GROUP (02238.HK) -0.020 (-0.733%) Short selling $14.27M; Ratio 32.035% and EHang Intelligent Technology have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to strengthen collaborations in the field of low-altitude aircraft.

　　According to the agreement, both parties plan to explore the establishment of a joint venture company to jointly promote the production and marketing of driverless manned aerial vehicle products.

　　The strategic partnership between GAC and EHang will fully utilise GAC's strengths in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain management, combined with EHang's strengths in the research and development and design of manned autopilot aircraft, so as to jointly promote the development of the unmanned manned aerial vehicle industry.
