Contracted sales of Chinese property enterprises in June improved MoM due to seasonality and policy relaxation, but remained at historical lows, Daiwa Securities released a research report saying. Leading real estate enterprises still outperformed peers on the support of average selling prices.
Daiwa believed that there may be strategic trading opportunities in the near term with the theme of policy support. In the long term, Daiwa continued to be optimistic about SOEs, and preferred CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK) +0.500 (+1.828%) Short selling $180.80M; Ratio 34.429% and YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) +0.130 (+2.642%) Short selling $6.61M; Ratio 8.150% .
