On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to the UAE to visit broker Xspot Wealth as planned according to its regulatory address that Office 201-A, Level 2, North Tower, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, Dubai, UAE.
The investigators arrived in Dubai of UAE for a visit to the brokers office on December 20, 2023, and located Emirates Financial Towers, a 27-storey ironic Grade-A office building encompassing twin towers, in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). According to its regulatory address, broker Xspot Wealth is situated in the North Tower.
Upon arrival at the 2nd floor of the tower for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory, which displayed that Xspot Wealth was located in suite 201-A.
After reaching suite 201-A with ease, the inspection team discovered clearly the company name and logo of Xspot Wealth. Unfortunately, people werent allowed to visit the office and take photos internally due to the access control system. Therefore, the specific office size of the company is unconfirmed.
Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to the UAE to visit broker Xspot Wealth as scheduled, and found the company at its regulatory address. This signifies that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a judicious decision following an overall consideration.
