On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Japan to visit brokerニュース証券as planned according to its regulatory address that Ebisu Building, 3-11-10 Higashi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0011.
The investigators arrived at Ebisu Building at 3-11-10 Higashi in Shibuya, Japan on December 7, 2023. The building is easily accessible via pubic transport, with just 10-minute walk from the Ebisu Station.
After accessing the building, the survey personnel found a directory in the lobby, which displays that ニュース証券株式会社 is situated on the 1st floor.
According to the floor directory, the reception area lies on the 1st floor. There is a landline telephone at the entrance with the relevant information regarding ニュース証券株式会社. However, people weren‘t allowed to visit the company’s office and take photos without an access card or an appointment. Therefore, it is unable to know the exact business scale of the company.
Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that the company truly has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Japan to visit brokerニュース証券as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This indicates that the broker does have a physical business office at the place. But the actual company size of the broker is unknown due to the failure to pay an internal visit to its office. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
