CNOOC Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement With ADNOC

　　CNOOC (00883.HK) -0.800 (-3.883%) Short selling $280.36M; Ratio 10.638% (600938.SH) -1.470 (-4.834%) announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), under which the two parties will deepen their cooperation in the areas of oil and gas exploration and development, upstream services and engineering construction, liquefied natural gas (LNG), crude oil trading, new energy and low-carbon development.

　　CNOOC entered the upstream business in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the first time in 2019 participating in the development of the world's third-largest shallow water oil field cluster (LZ, US & Nasr). Both parties have a good foundation for cooperation.
