LEAPMOTOR Pairs with Stellantis to Explore Car Production, Sales in 9 European Countries

　　LEAPMOTOR (09863.HK) +1.050 (+4.646%) Short selling $5.82M; Ratio 14.187% announced earlier that it had clinched a cooperation agreement with Stellantis (STLA.US) to introduce Stellantis as a shareholder and establish a joint venture. It planned to produce and sell LEAPMOTOR vehicles overseas through Stellantis' global network.

　　In an interview with foreign media, LEAPMOTOR Chairman Zhu Jiangming revealed that both parties are currently exploring the possibility of producing and selling the LEAPMOTOR T03 and C10 SUV models in nine European countries.

　　Assembly tests have already been completed in Poland, and the possibility of setting up production lines in France and Italy is being considered.
