BABA-SW (09988.HK) -1.350 (-1.853%) Short selling $320.52M; Ratio 15.120% 's Cainiao and Taobao Tmall Hong Kong, China Station announced today (27th) the launch of the “3-Day Delivery Zone”, which promises to provide compensation for late arrival.
From June 27, Taobao Hong Kong Station has purportedly more than 2.6 billion pieces of goods provided direct delivery to Hong Kong with “time commitment” protection. For any Taobao goods with a “HK X-Day Delivery” logo, the users, as long as they choose to use the Cainiao's “direct express” mode, can be sure of the time protection.

According to the data of Taobao Hong Kong Station, more than 60% of all “up-labeled” goods can be delivered directly to Hong Kong from the warehouses of mainland merchants within three days, and users do not need to combine orders for transportation.
Alibaba also pointed out that if the delivery of the order is not completed within the promised time, Cainiao will also compensate users for the cross-border section of the logistics freight in the form of logistics red packets.
