＜Research＞BOCOMI Expects EAST BUY (01797.HK) FY2025 Profit to Drop 20%+ after Excl. Time with Yuhui Contribution

　　EAST BUY (01797.HK) -2.460 (-19.839%) Short selling $13.13M; Ratio 8.018% was sold off this morning (26th), and last printed at $10, descending 19.4%, with a turnover of $414 million.

　　BOCOMI released a research report saying that EAST BUY announced last evening (25th) that its anchor Dong Yuhui left the Company.

　　The Company will pay the promised benefits and compensation, and distribute all remaining undistributed profits of Time with Yuhui to Dong. EAST BUY's disposal of Time with Yuhui to Dong for RMB76.59 million was equal to the net asset value of Time with Yuhui, meaning that no gain or loss was generated.

　　BOCOMI estimated that the decline in EAST BUY's FY2025 GMV/ revenue/ profit after excluding the contribution from Time with Yuhui will reach 34%/ 9%/ 20%+.
