　　FAIRWOOD HOLD (00052.HK) +0.110 (+1.403%) announced the annual results ended March 2024. The turnover rose 3.7% year on year to HK$3.137 billion. The net profit amounted to HK$50.657 million, up 12.9%. EPS was HK$39.1 cents. A final dividend of HK$30 cents was declared, against a final dividend of HK$40 cents and a special dividend of HK$5 cents in the year-ago period. The annual dividend was HK$41 cents, and dividend payout ratio 105%.
