DIDA INC (02559.HK), an online ride-hailing platform in Mainland China, will be listed in Hong Kong on Friday (28th). Reuters cited sources as saying that DIDA is priced at $6 per share (i.e. the mid-range of the prospectus price range of $5 to $6), raising about US$30 million.
DIDA plans to issue 39.091 million shares, 10% of which will be offered in Hong Kong, with CICC, Haitong International and Nomura as joint sponsors.
