On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Ord Minnett as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 7, 50 Appel Street, Surfers Paradise, QLD4217.
The investigators arrived at 50 Appel Street in Queensland, Australia, for a visit to the brokers office on January 5, 2024, and located Surfers Paradise, a distinctive building featuring the local interest and charm of glamorous Gold Coast in the state.
Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a well-furnished and spacious lobby with cozy sofa sets, and it could be seen from the directory that “Ord Minnett” is situated on the 7th floor of the building.
Upon access to the 7th floor, the survey team saw the reception area and company name of Ord Minnett in its office with good working environment. Additionally, there was a strongly positive working atmosphere in the room despite less staff during the Australian New Year Holiday.
Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Ord Minnett as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
