The coupon of the 3-year note is 2.27%, subscribed 3.25x, while the coupon for the 5-year note is 2.5%, subscribed 1.98x.
Shangri-La had earlier set up a RMB20 billion MTN Programme, and issued a RMB1 billion three-year bond early last month. This was the second issuance of that programme. Proceeds raised from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
