• 　　Adobe Inc.ADBE posted upbeat results for its second quarter and also issued a strong forecast. The company said it expects full-year revenue to be between $21.4 billion and $21.5 billion versus estimates of $19.98 billion. Adobe sees full-year adjusted earnings in the range of $18 to $18.20 per share versus estimates of $16.78 per share, according to Benzinga Pro. Adobe shares jumped 14.8% to $527.55 in the after-hours trading session.

• 　　Rezolute, Inc. RZLT reported a proposed public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants. Rezolute shares dipped 19.57% to $4.15 in the after-hours trading session.

• 　　RF Industries, Ltd. RFIL reported a profit for the second quarter, posting quarterly earnings of 1 cent per share which beat the analyst expectations for a loss of 3 cents per share.
